The reservation can be canceled at no cost within 7 days before the agreed One Luxury Day date unless other details are specified at the time of confirmation. Please note that any reservations (for example for museums or activities) are non-refundable.
We are available to plan a personalized One Luxury Day with you, based on your requests. Before contacting us, however, we recommend that you consult all the packages available. If the existing offers do not meet your wishes, contact us anyway: we are committed to making your perfect day in full One Luxury Day style.
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal.
